Meditation without a clear plan or objective is like a safari trip with a map. You will quickly get lost and you will not achieve what you want. A contemplation plan should simply describe how you plan your meditation for the week and what you want to focus on during that week, but it should be noted that there are few elements you want to consider.
How meditation can benefit you?
This is a fantastic tool to help you solve problems in your life and the role of the meditation plan is to help you determine how you plan your contemplation week, what types of contemplation you will use for the week to achieve the outcome you are looking for. For example, most people simply use meditation to relax, which is perfect, but if you want to overcome what causes stress, your mind needs to address the root cause of stress.
Meditation is the gateway to the soul. It provides the enlightened way to shift from the ego of the soul to spiritual unity. It is the key to unlocking the ego of the soul, shifting the energy of the ego of the soul being one with our soul and thus bringing spiritual unity into us, into our soul.
It helps us on our spiritual journey in realizing the purpose of our life in this experience of life. The benefits of meditation are in fact derived from its practice, although they are not sought in contemplation.
Meditation is the key to persevering in inner peace and calm. Moment by moment meditation allows us to remain connected with infinite love, infinite knowledge, infinite wisdom, infinite understanding, infinite connection with everything, infinite light, even when the perceived insanity of life and the circumstances in life can occur.
It is simple: go inside, shift the energy and be inside. Free of putting any energy of thought on the illusion of linear time or space. Free from the perception of what we call rules, regulations or judgments on this earth dimension. It is simply with what is right now and recycling or shifting the energy, our energy of thought to reflect that.
